		<description><![CDATA[You mention that you want to use the mutual fund if you plan to make small, but regular, contributions, and use the ETF otherwise (because broker fees will outstrip the savings of low expense ratio with the ETF).  It&#039;s worth nothing, though, that to buy this fund through Vanguard, requires a minimum purchase of $3000, and the account will be charged $10/yr. if you own less than $10,000 worth of the fund.  Just another factor to consider when deciding between the fund and the ETF.
